Shipping
Shipping is complimentary on every order within the United States. Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in about a week. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships. We currently ship within the US only.
For Christmas delivery, please order by December 18.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final, except when there is a problem with your piece.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, let us know right away and no later than 3 days after delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. The piece must be unworn and in its original Solea gift box.
Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the piece or refund the original payment method, including shipping. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind, for pieces that have been worn, or for issues reported more than 3 days after delivery.
